Scenario: Child Scenario Criteria Attribute

As a designer, I want to be able to optionally select an Organizational Unit defined for the Category to which the Scenario belongs so that I detemrine which Org Unit (if any) should be used as the basis for the creation of Child scenarios.

Ability to provide a sort criteria for each rule binding that is applied to the data in the RDV or Excel attachment

Ability for the user to specify a sort order at the rule binding level that is then applied to the data present in either the Report Data Viewer screens or in the Excel attachments.

Allow for Process Rules to be parameterised so that Workflow processing and Workflow sending can be switched off

Add a parameter to the Process Rules processing to allow for the user to chose whether to run all the steps or just one.

Ability to create txt / csv files for large volume reports in ISA similar to RDIT

Once a report volume gets to a parameter(s) driven size, have the ability to choose whether to only generate a link to the report in the ISA application or to generate a csv / txt file instead of the XLS file.

Improvement of Project Distribution Schedules

Currently a daily scheduled Project Distribution can redistribute the same xls file attachments if no new failed data runs are present for the Distribution. Ensure that Distributions only send out the failed data XLS files once per IS task execution.
