The results of downloading a report from Transform is different than from My Reports.  I would expect the methods to be the same (though I know one may copy a file and the other executes 'live').

Even if they can't be reconciled, the documentation should clearly indicate how they are different.

Lastly, the default delivered delimiter should not be ';' (Console Configuration Parameters).  It should be something more obscure such as the already delivered function(f).
