All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
Currently the Project Distribution Filter operators do not allow for multiple exclusions due to the embedded AND/OR combination logic. For example, in a scenario where a company has multiple divisions, the need is to include ALL divisions, except for 36, 38, 40, and 41. One could use SPART Not Equal to; however, based on the help description these would be OR combined when AND is required. Having IN and NOT IN operators would allow for this functionality.
