As SSIS has evolved there are more useful features available that we can leverage for performance optimization.  This includes things like 'AutoAdjustBufferSize', or the threading available, or to write a log somewhere.

It would be great to have these options exposed so that we don't have to try and modify an SSIS package and still get DSP to run it properly.
