Is Excel the only available target for downloaded data? As there is a requirement for a sql server instance, is there a way of downloading to a table?

For Data Jumpstart, we may have tables with >1M records, and it would be more streamlined if we could target a table (or a flat file format) to limit us to one output file per query. Please advise and thank you.
