Add support for distinguishing between PT or PX rather than Insert from replication script

I'm opening this feature request on behalf of an SDR customer (Groupedeschenes). The status of this feature request should be tied to the status of the development ticket (DBM-3052) so that it is publicly trackable.

Both PT and PX types are recognized by SDR as an insert operation, so the replication functionality works. However, SDR does not store the "PT" or "PX" type value so it cannot be matched up to an audit table in AS400.
