For me, it wasn't clear that Run Refresh (and the subsequent question: "The selected replication will be marked to be reinitialized with a full refresh. Do you want to continue"

This sounds to me like the replication will be changed in some way (like retriving the source and destimation data dictionaries and 'initialize'.)

The other options are all: Enable, Verify, Remove, Rename, and Validate followed by Replication. It would be far clearer to me if this option said 'Run Replication'
