Replicate the complete Timestamp from IBM i journal entries

Currently Syniti replicate is replicatin with !TransactionTS the timestamp of a journal entry in format HH:MM:SS while in the journal is HH:MM:SSssssss

In one second a lot of changes can happen and for some customers can be the way to determine the order in which those transactions arrived.

The !TransactionID is depending of the journal so having the complete info can be better.
