All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
Currently, there are separate Replication Browser and Monitor Tabs. Since you already allow Users to select which columns are displayed, you could eliminate one of the tabs and allow all of the columns to be viewed in a single tab. There are times that I have to switch back and forth between tabs now because I want to see which Group or Source a Replication is using, but also want to see the current Replication Status, Latency, etc. With the current implementation, IF you select a specific Group, it retains that Group in both tabs, but otherwise the tabs appear to be unrelated to each other. You might want to allow rearranging the order of columns as well.
