Test a network connection

It would be nice to be able to test a network connection to a server (and port) from within the ADMM tool and get results similar to running a TNC command from PowerShell.

    This is one of the enhancements planned for the 2023 Q3 time frame. So this is already been accepted and is being designed. Happy to get more input as we start this work.
