This page should have the data formatted as LongDate as shown (I changed it temporarily on this system) to test the results.  

In addition, the underlying table ddReportMetric should have AddedBy, AddedOn, and AddedVia populated so that one can determine who processed the record.  Those fields should then be passed through to this page (either via the standard 'hover' method, or actually on the screen.  I'm not clear that Date and Added On would have the same or different values.
