All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
Currently, dspCompose/Mass does not provide any ability to create a set of security entitlements that can be maintained as a set and assigned to a group of users. Needing to manually assign or remove values for TemplateRole assignments or Org Value changes for each affected user is labor intensive and an opportunity for user error.

dspCompose / Mass Maintenance is in maintenance mode. No new feature work is planned and only critical bugs will be addressed. This functionality exists in MDM /dspConduct and is recommended for future use to do Mass Maintenance in that application.
