I think these each need to be optional via parameters as they may not all make sense at all clients.
It would be great to see extra sheets in the excel file with:
Execution Date
Record Count
Rule Name
Type/dimension
Implication
Comments
Metrics Such as Opportunity Count, DPMO, %, etc.
KPI assignments and costs as proposed In Request (https://syniti.ideas.aha.io/ideas/MONITOR-I-46)
Report Specification
And in my opinion the most important the SQL used by the rule.
Our Partner Genpact has recently suggested the same, they had to do this manually on all the delivered reports and it took a great deal of time.
A similar improvement should be considered for reports generated by transform.
