All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
Workflow parameter for Monitor has "Please action these findings as soon as possible." for Email Attachment Body. Parametering this to be based on the Report type would eliminate the confusion for the business users who are actually responsible for cleansing the data.
Suggested Parameter: #BUSINESSACTION#
Procedure to be changed: webUserReport_CreateWorkFlowIns
Populate #BUSINESSACTION# to
if Reporttype = Info then "For your Information only and No Action Required"
and when ReportType = Error then "Please action these findings as soon as possible."
