The dummy columns, like "Comment" or "Recommendation" should only be there as display fields. Reason behind is that the customer wants to add more information/advises like "Do not use" or "Set deletion flag and order block" as values in that field for the users, as they know from e.g. forbidden words that they don't want to have that record anymore.
