Implement SNC into DSP Monitor

Implement SNC (Secure Network Connections) into our environment for SAP Connections. This would secure the data communication paths between the various SAP system clients and server components.

    SNC is available in the SST and via Syniti Replicate for extraction of SAP data. We are currently adding this to Replicate for the loading into SAP also.
