Need Headers/Footers to be modified in dspMonitor and Excel Download

At Johnson and Johnson, we have the need to modify headers and footers of reports. We will need this ability for reports to be usable at J&J (Like adding BtB Confidential on the footer). Currently, dspMigrate has the feature to modify header/footers, but we need this ability in dspMonitor as well as pages downloaded to excel.
