dspMonitor - Square Brackets must be validated against when registering a report

Square brackets in an SQL Header in dspMonitor prevent the Excel from being successfully created (using SQL 2012 at HUD Data Audit).  If this isn't fixed in the Excel create process, it should be validated and fail on registration.
