Migrate - Target Design - Using a source registered in an additional wave shouldn't be thought of as an 'error'

This message is misleading in the last question 'Do you want to accept these errors?' - Might a better word be used.  If you are asking for approval, might we be accepting a 'condition', or 'data' rather than 'error?
