DSMA - Transform parameters - page present, but sources not

Upon installation of DSMA, the dspMigrate Transform Parameters page shows the file location GUIDs.  These should either be blank, or preferably hidden if Transform is not enabled

 

When transform is enabled, the data sources must be added along with adding visibility or the values back to the parameters page.

    This no longer relevant in the latest versions of DSP.
