Hi Everyone,

This is regarding mapping default value '<BLANK>' to a field. When a field is defaulted to <BLANK> it should be considered as '' but DSP is taking it as ' ' (SPACE).

When the data is placed in excel, the length of field is '1' as space is populated in the field. Also, we cannot default a field to ''. It throws an error while creating the rule from automation.

As space is getting populated in the field, it becomes more of a manual work to write a TR rule to ignore spaces.
