Business case - When one is navigating and manipulating items within Transform, there are occasions to make a comment about why something is set the way it is, or to document some fact. In my current case, I deactivated a source because, by design, it has zero rows. If I delete it, it may look like I missed all of the sources. If I leave it active, the rules and reports must run and there are zero rows so that wastes cycles, but, more importantly, I want someone evaluating the results to see WHY it has zero rows, or why it is inactive.
