MAP - RULE action should permit (and even expect) a Table

When RULE SQL is provided, using the table we should be able to completely autogen the rule.

 

Even if this solution isn't implemented,  the error message here appears to be incorrect because Rule SQL is on the Horizontal view and nothing additional is on the horizontal view.
