Append Utility columns: should be able to add Field Description

In Design - Append Utility Columns there should be a field Description available, which populates ttTargetField Description and Label (Display Field).

    The plan is to incorporate more Utility columns into the Syniti migration methodology, therefore, it makes sense to include a description of the purpose of the Utility column and to add this descrption to the target design. This will be incorporated in an upcoming release.
