Force Delete a Wave

Currently to delete a wave one has to delete all the Process Area's, Objects and Targets. This is fine. But there should be a button at wave level to force delete a wave with out having to delete each element manually. Force delete can help in case, when the user is confident of deleting all the elements under that Wave is fine.

    We will consider this use case in the Unified Solution moving forward as we plan to move the command and control of the Wave to the Cloud component.
