Change report comment from Text Area to HTML Area

Pre-Sales is using the Comment section in reports (under the Documentation tab) to link to other pages within the DSP for reference or remediation.  Changing the column property to HTML Area in the delivered product will allow for formatted, clickable links.

    Thanks Jody, we will look to include this change into the new solution versions moving forward.  I will transfer this into the backlog list for dspMigrate, but may also include this into dspMontor reporting also to standardise across the solution.
