Add new functionality to dsp to allow automatic record deduplication process source to source and source to target.

We have performed this process at the Lidl project an I think it should not be too difficult to standarize and include the process in dspMigrate.

I think this would be a very good feature to make face SAP ADP product but included in our tool.
