Process Area Launch View should be enhanced to evaluate DataServicesRepository efficiently

DSW.dbo.webProcessAreaLaunchVer takes over 60 seconds to launch at my current client (AHR). There are no obvious indexes to be added. We have 7 total rows (users), 857 targets, and 15 objects.

When removing the table and logic to calculate the column - DataServicesRepository, the view returns instantly.

Either the evaluation should be improved to return more promptly, or an alternative view could be used (such as the attached view) when DataServices is not in use.
