Auto-build target export Cranport packages

I believe John Munkberg created an add-on to DSW that allowed users to register new target-exports and let Cransoft auto-build the Cranport export packages.  This feature was requested for 5.3.x here, but I wanted to throw the request out for dspMigrate.  It's an immense time-saver.
