I'm not sure if I just can't find a parameter for this.

While our Release 1 is still ongoing, I am adding new users that will be involved in Release 2 only.  When setting up a new user, it seems as though their context always gets defaulted to Release 1, even though the security role in which they were added is only for Release 2.

This means that I either have to manually log in as each new user and change it for them or explain to them that they need to change it themselves.

I'm not sure why it always selects Release 1, and not any of the other waves (like BOA First)...perhaps it has the "min" GUID.

Any thought?
