All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
The Up and Down arrow images and related functionality of re-prioritizing and entire record set should be removed an all places it exists in transform.
Even if used properly and on purpose the feature is of limited value.
It takes up valuable screen real-estate
It is completely not validated and therefore is often accidentally clicked in passing and it fires with no warning and no way to undo.
In my experience it is so obscure consultants click it just to see what it does again instantly destroying all priority for the existing record set.
This is one of the most dangerous and poorly implemented features of DSP and the last few versions of DSW.
