We need Color! - focus "highlight" color chosen is too weak to be seen easily

Whenever we get a pop-up window (e.g. ETL run job confirmation), the highlighting of the cursor focus (defaults to cancel) is neither bold or bright enough to be visible clearly. If sharing screen through MS Teams, majority of people looking on a laptop cannot even see it exists.

The focus needs to be much more visible.
