Ability to include a Custom Attribute in the XLS report summary page

Allow the user to format the XLS summary sheet to include a Custom Attribute / Custom Attribute Values either as an additional column or as a replacement of the dimension attribute.  Provide ability to choose the elements present in the Summary XLS sheet.
