Removing a user from a Project Distribution should remove their entry immediately from the ttWorkflow table

When a user is removed from a Project Distribution an event should trigger that remove their related entries in the workflow table(s) to ensure that processing does not throw an error for the unknown user record. Missing XLS files should also be logged rather than causing the processing to fail.
