Ability to process a single Project or Project Distribution within the ISA manually

From the Configuration area, an admin user should have the ability to process rules for a specific Project or Project Distribution rather than currently the option is to process all rules only.

    Should be straightforward to allow for a user to set a checkbox as to which projects / distributions to process and then run the views filtered off of this.  Question - should this affect the standard scheduled processing or just the manual processing option?
