Improve filtering options in the ISA
Add in options for is null, is not null, ranges and also allow for Project Distribution User filters.

Project Distribution User filters have been introduced in 7.0.3 release (with SAP for Solex approval). The is Null, is not null and ranges requires a framework level change and will be scheduled for a future release

The Project Distribution User Filters will be included in 7.0.3.
There is already an EPIC created in Jira (Feature) that covers this functionality and additional filtering improvements in ISA. The tickets will be aligned to a release schedule.
