Ability to summarise rule failures for a specific object

Ability to produce a summarised report of all rule failures related to a specific record within an object.  Requires the metadata definition of the keys of the object and the relationships between parent and child records.

    EPIC (Feature) ticket exist for this idea in Jira already (DSP-7990)

    This could be built today for individual clients in the ISA construction application pages by Services.  To include this into the core product will require the definition of objects and keys to relate the various failed data records together for summarisation.
