Default user locale to "English (United States)"

Field should still be editable, but have a default value of English (United States)

    Thanks for registering the idea. Makes sense to default currently to Eng US and to have this configurable at a tenant level at a later point. Will move into backlog

    This is in development environment as of today and will be pushed to production in the next few days
