Replace the 'Locale' list box with a combo-box to minimize the overwhelming amount of options and scrolling needed to find the one you are seeking.

    Locale already supports the option to type characters to jump to that section of the list

    Will discuss that with the UI team, could be a possibility once we have upgraded to the latest version of Angular

    Yes, this is true. However the list that pops up prior to typing in any characters is overwhelming and users are not aware of needing to type, instead they are scrolling and complaining about list amount. Maybe the list should only pop up once they type in their first character?
