All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
We'd like our Company Level initiatives to represent our analytics domain groups, and we want them to be able to use program-level initiatives to track their projects. To make sure they can see what of their projects already exist as they create a new one, it would be helpful to have a 'create new' activity for a program level initiative when in the context of the company-level initiative.

This is something we are tracking and have some designs for but is not in your short term (~6 month plans). We like the idea and will continue to work it into our design thinking
