This way I can quickly ascertain the meta data differences of different meta data fields coming from different systems that refer to the same concept. Data Type, Data Length.. etc...

i.e. First Name in Active Directory has 20 character length but Workday has a 25 character length.  These mismatches are very important in reference data and meta data management.
