Rule Asset - Additional Information attribute

It would be useful to have an Additional Information attribute in the rule asset just like there is in the term asset. Some rules require decision tables and this would be a great place to store that information.

    This have been added in the New UI and will be available to existing customers on a read only basis now and for all customers in Q2 2022
