The Page Column page (and others, I expect) should have help added to it.

One of the help items should indicate where the items in the List Source column are configured (Webapp).

The WebApp page also needs help.  This page should include syntax information which includes showing how to use multiple formats in a naming convention.  This is the proper example

web*Val' OR [Name] LIKE 'Val_%

NOTE:  The application adds single quotes around this value therefore, when you add the 'OR' clause, you need to put only 2 single quotes in (no trailing or beginning quotes.

These pages are used by our customers with DataConstruction and should have all required help to function on these pages.
