Integrate must allow manual editing of Screen Title and Field Descriptions

Manually editing of a BDC Script is quite common, and documenting what Screens do has always been done in the Screen Title.  It is essential that we have the means to properly document what load programs are doing.  But manual editing of this has been removed.  Also, many times the Field descriptions need to be updated to something more meanigful that what SAP provides.  These also need to be made available for edit.
