All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
The path and pattern for editing and translating catalogs should be reviewed and improved. There doesn't appear to be easy ways to copy one language translations to another. One can only edit items when logged in as the language being translated into. There isn't a good path to edit all phrases in all catalogs (some only allow a single phrase at a time.
A process should be put in place that permits and supports translation of the system catalog and any other BOA Delivered catalogs. There should be a feedback and validation process for changes in the system catalog
(This originated because we needed to correct some phrases in German in the delivered system catalog. We also needed to add additional entries.)
When working on this issue, you should be able to get the current translations from the Lidl - Ireland, Northern Ireland Implementation project to include in future implementations.
