Apply DSP translation phrases to the filenames and sheetnames of generated Excel files

DSP translation phrases are already applied to the cell contents in generated Excel files, but they are not applied to filenames or sheetnames.  The screenshot below shows three strings that are translated in our ISA implementation but not translated in the Excel files generated by the ISA.  This is most clear with item 2, which we can see is translated in the B4 cell, but not in the second sheetname.

Can DSP translation phrases please also be applied to Excel filenames and sheetnames?
