For consistency, all DSP applications should search for and add users in the same way.

Example:

Adding a user to a group in dspMonitor is done by username. I can search for "JHornback" and find my name, but not "Jay Hornback".

Adding a Developer or Business Contact in Design/Map is done by actual name. I can search for "Jay Hornback" and find my name, but not "JHornback".

This isn't limited to these two applications, but they should all be done the same way.
