Support XLXS as a download option

Looking to have the option to download from SST using XLSX rather than just the older XLS Excel format. Request raised by Hitachi Energy

    In Stewardship Tier Release 8.0.4, Syniti introduced support for the download of files in the XLSX format.

    This feature will be introduced into the Stewardship Tier 8.0.4 release in Q2 2023.
