Hi Product Team,
I would request the Product team to have a functionality that would impersonate as another user in the SST. System Administrators grant and revoke access through System Administration and I personally find it difficult to evaluate that I have fulfilled the request. Everytime I have to connect with user to check if my action is properly impacting. Instead, we could have a feature that would let the admins to impersonate into the corresponding user profile and have a look and feel of how the SST looks like.
P.S: There is a similar functionality existing in ServiceNow
