Collect Refresh Source - Check/Force Assemble Status

For Collect Refresh Source - It would be nice if it ran a check to see if any Assemble packages registered to that source are currently in a "processing" state and give the option to do a Force reset of the Assemble package, then proceed to kick off the source.
